Returns
We offer a full refund on merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are offered for up to 30 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@idoPearls.com and send your item to: 2210 W Winnemac, Chicago IL 60625. You must call to get approval for return so we know to expect your package.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
